After many years of sharing the knowledge of the Flower of Life and the Merkaba around the world through in-person workshops, I felt called to bring the initial teachings together in a series of animated videos, created with dedication and love (and 100% without AI).
Consciousness has evolved in many places, and today I am convinced that people can integrate the basic knowledge of the Merkaba independently through this series: MasterYourEnergy.
A daily and conscious practice
Every day I nurture and maintain my Electro-Magnetic (EM) fields, keeping them clean and balanced, and I keep my Merkaba activated. As a result, I feel fulfilled on all levels and enjoy abundant, constant energy. You can achieve this too.
What will you learn with MasterYourEnergy?
In this series you will learn, step by step, how to consciously work with your own energy fields, initiate your Prana breathing and create an inner and outer prana sphere. You learn how to optimally maintain your Fibonacci Merkaba (this is the first step) and create your personal Christ Consciousness Grid, which is identical to that same grid around the world.

With over 30 years of experience as a Merkaba facilitator, Johanna Donna Kleipool has clarified and simplified the part about the teachings of the Fibonacci Merkaba of Drunvalo Melchizedek, based on decades of courses and training in many countries.
What does the series include?
The series consists of 27 short videos with clear and practical explanations, along with ancestral wisdom conveyed through images, animations, and graphic material carefully crafted by MerkabaLight.
A clear, accessible and understandable method
This process is accessible to everyone. The instructions follow a clear and logical sequence, allowing you to progress with confidence and verify your learning step by step.
As additional support, you can use Part 2 (Chapters 13 and 14) of The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life by Drunvalo Melchizedek, along with the videos.
How to work with videos
It is recommended to watch all the videos first without trying to fully understand them, and then start again from the beginning to integrate the information in your personal rhythm.
Once you have incorporated the knowledge, you will only need 5 minutes a day to keep your Fibonacci Merkaba activated and balanced. You will love it!

Ancient Knowledge
The knowledge shared in these videos is very ancient. It was already being taught in the time of the Egyptian pharaohs, although back then it was only accessible to a select few. In the ancient schools of wisdom, students underwent twelve years of training for the left hemisphere of the brain and another twelve for the right hemisphere before learning to activate their own Merkaba.
In 2000, Drunvalo Melchizedek wrote two books on the geometry of creation, offering profound insights into the development of consciousness across different civilizations. In March 2026 he published volume 3 of The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life.

All the visual work in the MasterYourEnergy video series was handcrafted exclusively by MerkabaLight (Johanna in collaboration with her graphic designer). From the lovingly created male and female figures Letty and Binky (built as from the bone structure to their refined appearance), to the animations, color harmonies, backgrounds, and overall image direction.
The images and design on the three websites (in Dutch, Spanish, and English) were created with the same dedication and precision, driven by years of experience and the deep education and inspiration Johanna received during the many trainings with Drunvalo Melchizedek.
