#2 Know the structure of your energy fields!

It is important to know and understand the structure of your energy fields.
Understanding it deeply allows you to integrate the knowledge of it so that it becomes your own.

It is very useful to understand structure

Otherwise you will receive instructions from others that you may not understand and you will do something that does not quite suit you. Once you understand your energy fields properly, you can start to feel and experience. Your left hemisphere will then no longer question anything and will remain calm. An ideal situation for meditation.
How wonderful to work in a well-founded and structured way.
Once you have understood the structure, you can let go of it and start experiencing and feeling it. Our left hemisphere is always checking what we are doing and when it does not understand what we are doing it slows us down in the form of a fear. And this fear is fine, for it protects us from unfamiliar and rash steps. You can think that your left hemisphere verifies, approves and ticks everything off, after which it sends a signal to the right hemisphere that can then feel, experience, create endlessly. The mental part, the left hemisphere of the brain, does not question anything anymore.

You will learn to use both halves of your brain at the same time

That is the perfect time when both hemispheres of the brain can start working at the same time. So the Right with the Left hemisphere at the same time: the mental, structured WITH the intuitive or creative hemisphere!
Then you can start living with AND-AND instead of OR-OR. This is an added value for both the mental people and the sensitive and intuitive people.
Especially for those who are very intuitive, I would recommend working with your left hemisphere first. When it understands the structure, the left hemisphere gives the ‘green light’ to the right hemisphere, and from that moment on both hemispheres can function at the same time.
That is an added value for everyone, both the mental and intuitive persons!

See you next week!
